All shipping is handled by New Zealand post.

Shipping is calculated at check out, based on the number and weight of your items and your location.

If you wish to enquire about shipping costs, prior to purchase, please contact me via the Contact Us page and I can provide you confirmed shipping prices to your address.

All instock items will be shipped within 1-3 working days.

You will receive an email to confirm shipment of your yarn. Once you receive this email it is no longer possible to change your order.

Little Red’s Yarn is NOT responsible for any loss of packages or for any failure to provide the right address details. If your package is returned to us due to being unable to be delivered, re-delivery will be at your cost.

Any tax, customs charges etc are at the buyers expense and not covered by Little Red’s Yarn.
