1. How Often Do You Update Your Shop?
Currently I update my shop with all my latest hand dyed yarn as and when it is dyed. Once I have a good number of skeins I will update the shop and all subscribers will be emailed to advised of the update (so you should Subscribe ; )
My updates are small and when my yarn is gone it may be gone for a while.
If you want to be one of the first to know when the shop is update with restocked colour ways, and especially the newest colour ways, please Subscribe Here for email updates.
The emails you get will ONLY be for alerting you to a shop update and to announce any other new products or features of Little Red’s Yarn.
2. How Can I get In Touch With You?
You can get in touch using the Contact Me form. I try to answer any emails within 24 hours but I am a one woman business with other responsibilities so I always appreciate your understanding and patience when trying to get in touch.
3. How Do I Track My Purchase?
None of my shipments are sent with tracking, unless specifically requested, in which case there will be an additional shipping charge.
4. Can I Collect My Yarn From Your Studio?
Pick ups are welcome, but I don't allow access to my studio currently.
5. Are Your Products Smoke Free and Pet Free?
Absolutely! While we do have family pets they are in our home and yard, but never in the studio. And we are a fully smoke/vape free family.
6. Will You Wind My Skein/s Into Balls Or Cakes For Me?
Yes! Please just select the Cake Winding option in the shop, with the rest of your order, and the number of skeins you want wound.
7. What Do I Do If I Have A Complaint?
If for any reason you have an issue with the yarn you have purchased, please get in touch with me immediately.
Contact me within 5 days of receiving your yarn and state your issue clearly.
Each return/exchange will be evaluated on an individual basis.
No action will be taken until I receive the original skein/s back and shipping back to me is at the buyers cost.
If a refund is offered, this will only be on the price of the yarn. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Exchanges will be on a same priced, stocked item or additional funds must be forwarded by the buyer before an exchange on higher priced items are accepted.
Any items returned MUST be in it’s exact, as shipped, original condition. Any yarn that has been unwound, wound onto a cake/ball, knit, crocheted, cut or have any odours, stains or damage of any kind will not be refunded or exchanged.
